What PassportPhotosAI Does

PassportPhotosAI checks uploaded photos against publicly available passport and visa photo requirements for the US and UK, and — where the relevant country’s rules allow it — crops, resizes, and adjusts the photo to match the required specification. PassportPhotosAI is a photo preparation and compliance-checking tool, not a government agency, embassy, or official issuing authority, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of State, HM Passport Office, or any other government body.

Accounts and Access

You don’t need an account to check a photo. To retrieve a photo you have already bought, request a six-digit sign-in code sent to the email address used for your order, or sign in with Google. There is no password. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email account, or that Google account, secure.

Payment

Checking your photo is free. You are charged $7.99 only if you choose to download the finished, compliant file. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change at any time; the price shown when you complete your purchase is the price that applies. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

No Guarantee of Acceptance

This is the single most important limitation to understand before using PassportPhotosAI:

PassportPhotosAI checks your photo against publicly available specifications and shows you which requirements it meets. PassportPhotosAI does not guarantee that any government agency, embassy, passport office, or other issuing authority will accept your photo or your application. Final acceptance is always at the sole discretion of the reviewing authority, which may apply criteria, judgment, or standards that automated tools cannot fully assess. You are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the relevant authority before submitting your application.

Your Responsibilities

By using PassportPhotosAI, you agree that:

• You will only upload photos of yourself, or of someone else with their knowledge and consent (or, for a minor, with the consent of their parent or legal guardian)
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including creating a document photo intended to misrepresent someone’s identity
• The information and photo you provide are accurate and lawfully yours to use
• You are responsible for ensuring your final submission complies with the requirements of the authority you’re applying to

Intellectual Property

The PassportPhotosAI website, software, and branding are owned by KudoMetrics LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or resell the Service itself. You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and download — PassportPhotosAI claims no rights to them beyond what’s needed to process your request.

Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that PassportPhotosAI will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassportPhotosAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including, without limitation, a rejected passport, visa, or ID application; delays or missed deadlines resulting from a rejected photo; or costs, travel, or appointment fees related to a rejected application.

Our total liability arising from any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific download that gave rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PassportPhotosAI after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live, including the United Kingdom and the member states of the European Economic Area.
